Demolition & Plant Assessor

Looking for a role where your industry experience genuinely changes lives? We’re supporting a training provider to recruit an experienced Demolition & Plant Assessor who wants to make a real impact on learners across London.

This is a hands‑on, learner‑focused role where you’ll visit workplaces, assess skills in real environments, and support learners remotely through Zoom sessions, helping them gain qualifications recognised across the sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visiting learners on site across London to observe plant & demolition activities
• Confirming skills, gathering evidence and ensuring learners meet industry standards
• Delivering remote theory sessions via Zoom
• Reviewing portfolios, giving feedback and keeping learners on track
• Maintaining clear records and planning each learner’s journey
• Following all health, safety and safeguarding procedures

What You’ll Bring

• Demolition or plant operations experience
• Level 2 qualification in demolition/plant
• Assessor qualification (CAVA/TAQA/A1) or willingness to work towards it
• Strong communication, organisation and IT skills
• Confidence managing your own admin and workload
• Full UK driving licence (regular travel across London required)

• Health & Safety qualification (desirable)
• Experience delivering training or assessment remotely (desirable)
