Appoint Consulting are proud to be recruiting for a Data Analyst Tutor for our client, a national training provider. The main purpose of this role is to deliver online training to a variety of different learners.

Role and Responsibilities for the Data Analytic Tutor:

• Identify individual starting points and provide tailored support to facilitate learner progression.
• Offer out-of-hours assistance to ensure continuous learner support.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to create personalised learning plans with SMART targets.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning sessions, both remotely and face-to-face, ensuring learners make strong and timely progress with their learning.
• Utilise various teaching methods and technologies, including Zoom, to engage learners effectively.
• Conduct engaging induction and on-programme interventions with learners, including the setting of challenging targets that enable learners to learn new skills and progress through their learner journey.
• Ensure accurate and timely marking of learner work and practice assessments (as appropriate), ensuring that feedback to learners is constructive and comprehensive to enable learners to understand where they have demonstrated a sound understanding and where further learning may be required.
• Maintain accurate, timely and robust records in the CRM system (e.g. Zoho CRM), which will provide Senior Leaders with assurance that individuals are receiving support and progressing with their learning in a timely manner.
• Implement formative and summative assessments to track learner progress accurately.
• Develop additional learning resources and activities to enhance online content.
• Maintain and update a knowledge base (Q&A) resource tool to support learners effectively.
• Provide exceptional information, advice, and guidance to learners, enabling positive progression aligned with their learning goals.
• Respond promptly to learner inquiries and requests for additional support, ensuring a first-class service experience.
• Monitor learner attendance and participation, addressing any issues in accordance with organisational policies.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reports using tools like Zoho Analytics, enabling effective senior management review of Online Training services.

Experience and Skills required for the Data Analytic Tutor:

• Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and software development techniques.
• Proficiency in teaching via Zoom and other online platforms, ensuring active learner engagement.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively in response to unforeseen challenges.
• Familiarity with relationship marketing, CRM systems, and industry trends.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems like Zoho CRM.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and WordPress development.
• Experience with wireframing tools like Figma and graphic design tools like Canva.
• Knowledge of authoring tools (SCORM, xAPI, ISpring, Articulate, Captivate) for interactive course creation.
