Data Analytics Tutor NEW

We’re supporting a growing training organisation that is looking for an experienced and motivated Data Analytics Tutor to deliver high‑quality online learning to adult learners. If you enjoy helping people build confidence with data tools and want to support career‑changers entering the digital sector, this role offers a meaningful platform to make a real impact.

A Typical Week

You’ll plan and deliver structured online sessions covering data concepts, Excel, Power BI, analysis techniques and practical problem‑solving. You’ll assess starting points, set SMART targets, track progress and maintain accurate learner records. You’ll also provide responsive support outside of standard hours to ensure learners stay on track.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging online and occasional face‑to‑face sessions
• Teaching data concepts, tools and techniques in a practical, accessible way
• Preparing learners for assessments and supporting them through their learning plans
• Using Zoom and digital platforms to deliver interactive sessions
• Providing constructive marking and feedback
• Maintaining accurate CRM records (Zoho CRM)
• Monitoring attendance, participation and learner engagement
• Creating additional resources to enhance online content
• Preparing monthly reports using tools such as Zoho Analytics
• Offering high‑quality information, advice and guidance throughout the learner journey

What You’ll Bring

• Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above
• Experience teaching or mentoring adult learners
• Practical knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
• Confident using Excel and Power BI
• Level 2 qualifications in English, maths and ICT
• Clear communication style and strong organisational skills
• Understanding of safeguarding, equality, diversity and GDPR

Desirable

• Experience delivering Level 3+ data analytics qualifications
• Assessor qualification (A1 or equivalent)
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM
• Knowledge of adult learning funding and quality frameworks
• Experience with authoring tools (SCORM, xAPI, iSpring, Articulate, Captivate)
• Additional certifications in safeguarding, GDPR, H&S or E&D
