We are looking for a driven, technically minded Sales Executive to support the continued growth of our clients business. This role sits at the intersection of sales and engineering, translating customer requirements into practical, cost-effective solutions. You will manage the full sales lifecycle from identifying opportunities through to project delivery while working closely with engineering and service teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, meeting or exceeding agreed sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with customers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
After-Sales & Customer Support
Collaborate with the service and aftermarket teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the machine lifecycle.
Support contract renewals, maintenance agreements, and service-related upselling.
Provide customer training, attend site visits, and offer technical support where required.
About You
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Willing to travel as required.
Full, valid driver’s licence.
