We are supporting a growing engineering and infrastructure organisation in their search for an experienced Project Planner. This role plays a key part in shaping how complex projects are planned, monitored and delivered from early bid stages through to construction, completion and handover. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and confidence to multi‑disciplinary projects, and who understands the importance of robust planning in successful delivery.
Role Overview
The Project Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining and controlling project programmes across engineering and construction activities. Working closely with senior leadership, delivery teams and commercial functions, you’ll ensure programmes are realistic, risk‑aware and aligned with contractual requirements. You’ll support decision‑making by providing accurate progress updates, identifying risks, analysing delays and recommending mitigation strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to translate complex project information into clear, actionable plans.
