Probate Solicitor / Paralegal

Appoint Consulting is proud to be working with a well-established, forward-thinking legal firm to recruit an experienced Probate Solicitor / Paralegal to join their team.

Key duties and responsibilities

· Responsible for interest and complex Private Client work

· Managing Probate applications

· Lasting Powers of Attorney

· Enduring Powers of Attorney

· Court of Application applications

· Managing a standard High Street caseload

· Partake in Business Development and networking opportunities to help grow an already strong client base

· Give advice to clients on all aspects of Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning

· Confidently support other members of the team

· Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the legal practice as a whole

Requirements:

· Qualified solicitor with experience in private client law

· Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulation

· Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients

· Knowledge of GDPR

· Responsible and Trustworthy

· Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage a caseload

· Committed to provide efficient and accurate work

· Cultural awareness and a professional approach to work generally
