Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients to take instructions and draft wills
Preparing and overseeing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
Administering estates, including completing Inheritance Tax (IHT) returns and managing grant applications
Handling deputyship applications
Overseeing the financial and legal affairs of elderly and vulnerable clients
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering clear, practical legal advice
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support departmental growth
