Licensing Administrator NEW

Are you super organised, enjoy working with detail, and like keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Licensing Administrator to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll help make sure licenses are processed correctly, deadlines are met, and everything is kept on track. Responsibilities:

• Providing Administrative support to the licensing team
• Managing calls and emails
• Submitting licensing applications as directed by the Head of Dept, including arranging newspaper advertisements and notices displayed on the application premises

• Create and maintain client files
• Ensure compliance with data protection
• Operation and understanding of the firm’s IT system insofar as it affects your day-to-day use of the system
• To be fully conversant with the firm’s Practice management system, including enquiries/print-outs of clients’ ledgers
• Undertake routine office duties including photocopying, faxing, filing of correspondence and results, and maintenance of records as required
• Prioritise own workload
• Be responsible for dealing with all correspondence by keeping a satisfactory record/filing system
• To promote and adhere to the firm’s quality procedures, which encompass Lexcel, as defined in the Firm’s Quality Manual
• Familiarise yourself with the firm’s Health & Safety policies and promote safe working practices
