We’re recruiting a Junior / Trainee Bookkeeper for a friendly, modern accountancy practice that invests heavily in developing its people. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start or progress a career in finance, with full training, study support and a clear pathway to grow.
You don’t need previous bookkeeping experience, just enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine interest in accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the bookkeeping team with day‑to‑day financial tasks
Using modern accounting software to process transactions and maintain accurate records
Assisting with client queries and providing great customer service
Helping prepare accounts, reconciliations and financial reports
Working closely with colleagues across the practice to learn all aspects of bookkeeping
Learning to complete VAT returns
