We’re supporting a growing business who are looking for a dedicated and confident Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting a busy sales function and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes with absolutely no cold calling involved.
What you’ll be doing
Managing incoming sales leads and ensuring they’re followed up on promptly
Preparing and sending out quotes to customers
Building strong rapport with clients and providing excellent customer service
Supporting the sales team with day‑to‑day administration
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Handling email and phone enquiries in a professional, friendly manner
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time
What we’re looking for
A confident communicator who enjoys dealing with customers
Someone dedicated, reliable and able to build strong working relationships
Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Previous experience in administration or sales support is beneficial
