What you’ll be doing
Building and managing your own portfolio of freight customers
Generating new sales leads through cold calling and proactive outreach
Maintaining and growing existing accounts through excellent customer service
Identifying new opportunities, markets and ways to add value for clients
Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Keeping CRM systems updated daily
Visiting customers to strengthen relationships and understand their needs

Experience in freight, logistics or a similar commercial environment
Confident in generating new business and managing customer relationships
