Finance Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Collate and cross-check hours ready for payroll
• Liaise with external organisations, stakeholders, and accountants to support smooth financial operations
• Produce timely and accurate financial reports for senior management and board review
• Develop, implement, and refine financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor and manage all aspects of petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation
• Manage all company accounts, including accounts receivable, payable, and general ledgers
• Lead on budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning and resource allocation
• Ensure robust financial controls are in place to safeguard company assets
• Knowledge of tender processes would be a distinct advantage
• Attend relevant training courses relevant to the post

Requirements:

• AAT/ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Have a good working knowledge of SAGE 50
