Fabrication and Welding Trainer

We’re seeking an industry specialist with hands‑on fabrication and welding experience who is ready to transition into a training instructor role. Full support and training will be provided to help you develop your teaching and assessing skills. You’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality practical and classroom‑based training to apprentices and adult learners, helping them build the skills and confidence needed for successful engineering careers.

What You’ll Need

• Strong practical background in fabrication and welding
• Experience in:
  • Welding techniques
  • Plating
  • Sheet metal work
  • Pipe fitting (advantageous)
• Level 3 Craft Certificate (essential)
• HNC or higher (advantageous)
• Teaching/assessing qualifications are desirable but not essential
• A passion for developing others and sharing your industry knowledge
