Early Years Practitioner Bootcamp Tutor

We’re working with a well-established national training provider to recruit an Early Years Practitioner Bootcamp Tutor based in Truro on a hybrid basis. This role involves delivering high-quality training to learners pursuing careers in early years education. You’ll be supporting individuals as they develop the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in nursery, preschool, and childcare settings. If you have experience in early years and enjoy guiding others toward recognised qualifications, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging bootcamp lessons both in person and online
• Lead informative induction sessions to help learners feel confident and prepared for their course
• Track learner progress and offer extra support when needed to help them stay on track
• Adapt teaching materials to suit different learning needs, including those with additional challenges
• Help shape and improve the curriculum to keep content fresh and relevant
• Assess learners’ starting points and build tailored Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) with clear, achievable goals
• Give timely, constructive feedback on assessments to support learner growth

Requirements:

• Hold a Level 3 or higher teaching qualification
• Comfortable delivering remote and face-to-face lessons
• Demonstrated success in delivering adult learning programmes across various subject areas
• Skilled in facilitating engaging and effective sessions through online platforms and virtual classrooms
