Location: Near Grimsby (own transport required due to location) Job Type: Temporary (4 to 6 weeks initially) Hours: Full-time, between 7:00am and 5:00pm Pay: £13.45 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established chemical manufacturing company based near Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual looking for an immediate start within a busy and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
Processing orders and updating customer records
Providing administrative support to the Customer Service team
Liaising with internal departments and hauliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Preparing documentation and reports as required
Assisting with general office administration duties
About You
Previous experience within a customer service or administration role
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional and proactive approach to work
Full UK driving licence and own transport
