Are you a creative content specialist who also loves supporting learners to achieve their potential? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing training organisation as a Programme Tutor, Assessor, in Content Creating, delivering high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment while producing engaging digital content across multiple platforms.
In this varied role, you’ll work directly with learners and employers, delivering sessions both face‑to‑face and online, reviewing progress, setting targets and ensuring every learner receives a high‑quality experience. Alongside this, you’ll use your creative skills to develop content, campaigns and resources that support programme delivery and learner engagement.
It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys combining education, creativity and digital media — and wants to play a key role in helping learners progress into employment and further training.
What you’ll be doing
Planning and delivering teaching, learning and assessment to groups and individuals
Creating engaging learning materials and digital content across multiple channels
Supporting learner recruitment and maintaining a full caseload
Reviewing learner progress, setting targets and providing information, advice and guidance
Working closely with employers to support learner development and programme requirements
Monitoring attendance, achievement and progression
Preparing for internal/external audits, moderation and Ofsted inspections
Maintaining accurate learner records and producing reports
What we’re looking for
Occupational competence in the relevant sector, with appropriate qualifications
Experience creating content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat)
Practical experience with cameras, studio setups and Canva
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, branding and campaign planning
Knowledge of copyright, GDPR and media regulations
Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work proactively
Willingness to work towards teaching/assessor qualifications (if not already held)
