We are working with a long‑standing Sheffield law firm that is looking to welcome an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Legal Executive to their growing property department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys running their own files confidently and wants to work in a team that values quality, collaboration and client care.
You’ll take ownership of a busy but manageable caseload, guiding clients through every stage of their transaction and working closely with colleagues to keep things moving smoothly.
What the role involves
Managing your own residential conveyancing files from start to finish
Giving clear, practical advice and keeping clients updated throughout
Working closely with support staff and fee‑earners across the department
Contributing to a positive team culture and consistent service standards
Who we’re looking for
A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional
Around 5 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters
Someone confident working independently but happy to collaborate
A client‑focused individual who enjoys delivering a high‑quality service
