We’re supporting a leading mental health provider in Lincoln who are looking for a proactive and compassionate Administrator to join its growing operations team. This role would suit someone organised, people‑focused and confident managing a busy workload while supporting a wide range of internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
General administration including managing calls, emails, scheduling and document preparation
Handling enquiries, processing referrals and maintaining accurate records
Team support for therapists, clinical leads, operations and directors
Updating databases, running reports and supporting decision‑making
Compliance administration including GDPR, health & safety and accreditation tracking
Financial and resource support – handling payments and managing office supplies
What We’re Looking For
Experience in an administrative role, ideally within healthcare or mental health
Strong organisational and communication skills
Compassionate, professional and confident in dealing with sensitive information
Proficient with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
