Warranty Administrator

We’re looking for a detail-driven Warranty Administrator to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Immingham. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys data-heavy work, thrives on accuracy, and is confident keeping on top of processes and paperwork. You’ll initially be stepping in to help clear an existing backlog, so you’ll need to hit the ground running and enjoy getting things organised.

What you’ll be doing

• Processing warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes
• Inputting large volumes of data with a high level of attention to detail
• Liaising with internal teams to gather information and ensure claims are complete
• Supporting the wider service and workshop teams with admin tasks
• Helping to clear the current backlog and streamline ongoing processes
• Ensuring all documentation is compliant and audit-ready

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a previous warranty or automotive role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident handling large amounts of data
• Organised, methodical and able to prioritise
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial vehicle environment
• A proactive approach and willingness to support the team where needed
