We’re supporting a growing international group in their search for a Financial Planning Analyst to join their finance team in Caistor. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with commercial teams, digging into the numbers, and turning data into meaningful insight that drives performance.
About the role:
In this role, you’ll act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to Sales & Marketing, providing timely analysis, commentary and decision support
You’ll take ownership of budgeting and forecasting cycles, deliver monthly performance reporting, and help shape commercial assumptions across price, volume and customer groups
You’ll also play a key role in month‑end, IFRS reporting and Group consolidation, while continuously improving processes, controls and reporting tools
Support the Head of Finance with ad-hoc analyses and projects
Requirements:
We’re looking for someone with around five years’ experience in financial analysis, planning or reporting — ideally within a subsidiary of an international group and familiar with IFRS or FRS101
Strong systems aptitude (SAP, ERP, BI tools)
Confident working cross‑functionally are essential, along with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
