Purpose of the Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager role:
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for running a diverse client portfolio, providing them with accounting, tax, and business advice.
Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager Responsibilities:
Support and train junior members of the team
Oversee and review management accounts
General accountancy duties for a range of clients from varied industries
Providing tax advice and completing tax returns
Taking Accounts up to the trial balance
Providing business advice
Ensure queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all clients
Actively work as part of the Company team
The Perfect Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager Will Have the Following Requirements:
Talented, enthusiastic accountant, able to work with a variety of clients of different sizes from different industries
Experience of working in an accountancy role is essential
Experience supporting and mentoring a team
Qualifications Required for the Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager:
ACA/ACCA qualification or experience gained from working in a similar position
The Perfect Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager Will Have the Following Competencies and Skills:
Able to build strong client relationships
Able to support a junior team
