Main duties & responsibilities
Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders
Provide HR support and guidance to the clients you are representing
Support on all things ER, including onboarding, contracts, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence monitoring
Ensuring compliance with employment laws
HR reporting
Support on ad hoc HR projects
Help and grow the client base through referrals and networking
Maintain and update the client’s databases
Requirements/Skills
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position and ideally have achieved your CIPD or relevant HR qualification
Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Able to understand clients’ needs and cultures
Be a problem solver
Ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines and manage competing demands
Excellent time management skills
Driving License
