Our client is a well-established, legal firm. Due to growth, they are looking for a Probate Administrator to join their team in Hull.
Purpose of the Probate Administrator role:
To provide seamless administration support, primarily to the fee earners and your department and secondly to the company as a whole.
Probate AdministratorResponsibilities:
Assisting with file opening
Invoicing as required
Preparation of documents including Lasting Powers of Attorney
Arranging for documents to be sent out
Updating of databases
All related administration duties
Carrying out Will searches
Taking initial enquiries from new clients/messages from current clients
Financial transactions such as paying in/sending out cheques
Taking initial enquiries from new clients/messages from current clients
The Perfect Probate Administrator Will Have the Following Requirements:
Experience working in a busy office environment
The Perfect Probate Administrator Will Have the Following Competencies and Skills:
A good standard of computer literacy
Excellent customer service skills
