Key duties and responsibilities for the Commercial Property Solicitor/Fee Earner:
Managing your own individual caseload
Possessing knowledge and understanding of property transactions
Sale and Purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises
Receiving instructions on new cases
Managing the exchange and completion of commercial property sales
Acting for lenders and pension schemes
Liaising with Lender Panels
Conducting and reporting on file review for other fee earners
Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, conditional contracts, and overage
Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines
In-depth knowledge of property laws and regulations
Team player with the ability to build relationships
Great attention to detail and communication skills are required
Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant tools
