Commercial Property Fee Earner

Appoint Consulting is proud to be working with a well-established, forward-thinking legal firm to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join their team.

Key duties and responsibilities for the Commercial Property Fee Earner:

• Managing your own individual caseload
• Possessing knowledge and understanding of property transactions
• Sale and Purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises
• Receiving instructions on new cases
• Managing the exchange and completion of commercial property sales
• Acting for lenders and pension schemes
• Liaising with Lender Panels
• Conducting and reporting on file review for other fee earners
• Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, conditional contracts, and overage

Commercial Property Fee Earner  Requirements:

• Previous Fee Earner experience within Commercial
• High confidentiality and organisational skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of property laws and regulations
• Team player with the ability to build relationships
• Great attention to detail and communication skills are required
• Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant tools
